I’m Katey Petrey McCarney and I graduated from Longwood College in 2000 with a degree in graphic design and photography. I use my knowledge to create beautiful and functional websites for clients in Richmond, VA and beyond. I’ve been in the website design industry since 2007. In 2010, I set out on my own and created PetreyDish.Com. I have many business mentors and is always looking to learn more in the field, either by reading, researching, taking classes or participating in online chats. I also find any reason to take photos and work on improving photography and photo editing.
In the evenings when I’m not working, you can find me working out, in the kitchen or participating in church activities. I love putting a healthier twist on traditional family recipes. I also enjoy researching to come up with new recipes. You may have seen me in the Richmond Times-Dispatch, Food Section.
I am also a member of the Virginia United Methodist Board of Communications and a member of The United Methodist Association of Communicators (UMAC) and was asked to run two workshops at the 2014 conference.
On the weekends you can find me meeting up with other fitness girls for workouts, at church, or spending time with family. My husband and I also rescue dogs and are excited to report that our latest foster has found his forever home! We are also proud supporters for Heart Heavens and UMFS.
PetreyDish.Com’s mission is to provide customized websites and quality services to my clients to increase their Web presence and help them use the Web to grow their business.
